Today's insurance coverage has evolved, leaving many individuals with increased out-of-pocket expenses, like high deductibles and copays for services.

We want to work with you and your insurance company for payment of services.

Insurance "reasonable and customary fees" are accepted and you are responsible for prompt payment of deductibles and copays. In most cases, we will be aware of your copay amount. Copays are due and collected at the time of service is rendered. Should a question arise about your deductible and/or copay, we will submit a claim with your insurance company. Once the insurance claim is processed a statement is sent for your prompt payment. Also, we may ask you at a future appointment to resolve any outstanding balance.

If your outstanding balance results in a hardship, we have generous payment policies to assist you. You will be required to contact the office manager or billing department within 30 days of the first statement. We with work with you to develop a payment plan that fits your budget.
